Throughout the year, Team Services dedicates time to stepping away from the office and giving back to the community. This past month, our team had the opportunity to volunteer at an organization known as SOME, So Others Might Eat, an organization that has evolved into so much more than just providing meals to the homeless, offering a range of services focused on bettering the future of those with little to no resources to do so on their own.
Fair Oaks is both the nation’s largest agritourism destination, with several family-oriented attractions designed to introduce visitors to the business of dairy farming, and a 36,000-cow dairy farm advancing the productivity and sustainability of its industry. Team Services is helping tap into Georgetown’s active, insightful student body to discuss practical solutions to the increasing pressure to adopt less eco-friendly practices due to widespread consumer misconceptions stemming from misleading marketing campaigns.
For the fourth consecutive year, Team Services’ client Marva Maid Dairy has teamed up with Giant Food, the Baltimore Ravens, and Dannon to support local schools through the National Dairy Council and the NFL's Fuel Up to Play 60 program.
Three years ago, doctors informed golfer Joseph Bramlett his career could be over as a result of a severe back injury. Resilient in his pursuit, Bramlett endured countless hours of rehab and practice with the goal to return to the course and to major competition.
